Founders Performance coil over kit allows, spring rate, full ride height and damping adjustability for your 1982-2000 F-Body Camaro and Firebird. The upper mount is a direct bolt-in and requires no cutting, welding or fabrication utilizing a 2-1/2” coil over spring. The lower bracket bolts in using the standard shock mounting location and provides an additional location hole for added structural rigidity. Drilling a 3/8” hole on each side is necessary and no welding or tapping is required. The included Viking shock is 19-way adjustable in both compression and rebound. The 2-1/2” coil over springs are available in 14” 110lb for drag racing, 14” 125lb for street performance and 12” 150lb for track and timed events. Manufactured at our facility in San Luis Obispo California. Spanner wrench and thrust bearings are included.
*Note: If you have installed larger sway bars, changed rear ends or made other signifigant rear chassis modifications some adjustments may be required for proper fitment.
Spanner wrench is used to adjust vehicle height without removing the shock, the wrench is necessary to make height adjustments. The thrust bearings are designed to be placed between the spring and the spring seat attached to the shock, providing easy adjustment without binding or damaging the spanner wrench and/or shock adjuster ring.

I can tell you that the wolfe tub cuts into the stock upper spring perches, where the bracket for those sits. If you have some basic fab skills you can modify the bracket to work, create your own, or call someplace like midwest chassis to pick up something bolt in that will work for the upper mount.

Our kit that we've had for years which is very similar in design weighs approx. 24.5 lbs,
This would the weight of both coil-over shocks, springs brackets and hardware.

As far as viking there are two different series shocks....Warrior and Crusader.
The Crusader series gets valve specific, There's a pro Touring valving (AP),Valving for 600+Hp small tire/drag radial (AM),Big tire under 600Hp (AJ) and an (AD) valving which is for street rod application or Easy up drag application.
For the most part the Crusader shocks will give you approx. 4X's the rebound force as the Warrior series and you can get specific for application, either Drag or Pro Touring.
Or there's the "AD" valving that will get you lighter on the rebound force -vs- the Warrior shocks.
If you need any specific info feel free to call me here at the shop.

Just installed a set with wolf mini tubs. You have to cut the upper mount. I ended up welding it in. Second bottom mount did not fit my 9 inch. Had to grind back and bend the tab so the angle was less. Then I could not get the upper bolt in so I welded that to the rear housing. All in all it seems like it should work good.
