Rod/Rod Lower Control Arm Impressions?
I am contimplating getting Rod/Rod Lower Control Arms. Obviously I am expecting an increase in road noise due to the metal to metal contact, but how bad is it? Assuming they have the excellent quality rod ends, would you want these on a car you drove 100 miles round trip to work and back everyday? I want to avoid the binding issues that happen with poly ends.
Thanks folks!

I am not talking about the rod ends....like I said above, assuming quality rod ends, in general, how much does the road noise increase by having a solid connection to the frame versus a rubber or poly connection?

it all depends on how high your "streetabiliy" tollerance is. They dont bother me at all, but to some of the people I ride with they complain. The females dont care cause I just tell em it makes it more of a race car.

IMO, I could not really tell when I put mine on and mine was a daily driver at one time but my car did have some nice sounding exaust so if there were extra noise, I probley would have never noticed it...
