Should be as fast as you let off the brake pedal by the time you get out of the car the wheel should turn free with out any drag. Both frt on mine were dragging hard enough it took a lot effort to turn the wheels. Be sure to lube the guide pins with high temp caliper grease too. The difference in how well the car drives now is WOW .
