Default Rear leaning on one side

Ive owned a 69 camaro for a little over a year now. Since owning it the rear passenger has leaned. It is a monoleaf rear with shocks. I just put new gas shocks on it and it still leans. Rear also has caltrak bars and subframe connectors. I read when google searching to jack the front up to the same height and then look. I did that and the rear still leaned. I dont know suspension so thought id see if anyone here has any ideas. With all 4 tires down the driver rear measured from floor to bottom of fender well 27 3/4 but the pass rear measured 27. So its sitting about 3/4 lower. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

If the front is even, and the rear isn't, look for fenders that have been manipulated, body mount bushings that have failed, or you have a slightly twisted unibody.

So the front is also not the same height. The passenger fromt is also 3/4 as well. So both front and rear is 3/4 lower than drivers side.
