Have to torque umi sfcs into place
So I bought some used umi sfcs about a year ago. Got them put on, and man was it a pain. Following their instructions (attaching at rear lca first, then front) I had to heave on them to get them to line up with the existing holes in the frame (they're bolt on 3 points for convertibles).
when I went to do an lca swap a few months later it turned into a huge headache because I had to drop the sfcs to get the lca bolts out.
Car drives fine and the lcas dont bind, but it has me a little worried that something isnt right. It honestly almost seems like the holes in the sfcs aren't aligned properly. Do you guys think it would be okay to open the inner hole to more of a slot to make my life easier? Maybe umi has some insight?
