Moser 12 Bolt + QA1 Coil Over Question

Moser 12 Bolt + QA1 Coil Over Question Hey guys, I have a 02 Trans Am project I'm working on, I have a brand new Moser 12 Bolt, and new QA1 coilovers, I'm a little confused on the install, it came with two brackets, one for the top, and one for the bottom. The bottom bracket has a long stud that goes in the hole on the rear end, it says to drill a hole for a bolt,washer, and nut. I'm not exactly sure how I bolt this up. Does the stud that goes through the hole on the rearend stay just like that with no nut or anything? Or am I missing some nylon nuts? I will post a few pictures in a few minutes of the brackets I have and the hardware. Any help would be appreciated before I start drilling away on a brand new rearend. lol

Top bracket with the hardware.
The stud that is circled is what I'm curious about. Not sure if its supposed to have a nut or if it just hangs out
