New Koni shock won't return to decompressed state
I feel like I already know the answer to my question, but here it goes.
A few weeks ago I bought a suspension kit from Strano and just got around to beginning the install tonight. During the install I noticed one of the rear shocks would not return to fully extended on it's own as the other would and just stay wherever I put it. Am I right in thinking it's faulty out of the box, and has anyone had this happen before?

I thought I remember him saying due to the design it was normal for some not to return to a fully extended state. I have mine still sitting in a box and one or two doesnt seem to extend.

I can say I tried "bouncing" the car when on the ground and it didn't keep going like there was a bad shock, so I suppose that is good.
All else I'll call Sam and see what he thinks, I'd hate to go through RMA if it's fine.
