I have front in the air , no weight on suspension

 

what are you replacing it with.. poly or rubber?

 

Unbolt the brackets, driver side has an extra cover plate thing, remove bracket, remove bushings. Clean, grease, repeat. Make sure the slits on the bushing face forward. Bolt back up. You could remove it from the end links too, which I usually do. I've never tried leaving it connected when doing bushings but maybe its possible. Removing the front bar does take a little rotating it to get it out of its place.
Is there anything else specific you want to know about or does that cover it?

At the time i posted the question, i already had completed the job.
I have an EIBACH roll bar, probably one of the thickest available, so there was no give in the process.
I have new endlinks with poly bushings.
At the end i did it with out the bushing on the bottom. Put on the washer and nut, tightened enough to get the bolt down and compress endlink,, used a C CLAMP over the roll bar and bottom of lower A ARM to hold in place, then removed nut and washer , put in bushing, etc...
Those poly bushings dont easily compress. It took all that just to get 1 thread to get the nut on..
