02 SS 1LE slp ... lowering springs? With DA koni shocks
So I just picked up a 02 camaro ss SLP 1LE
I would like to lower it a bit.
My only concern is this car comes equipped with koni double adjustable shocks..
I was planning on running the BMR 1-1/4 lowering springs.
Will they effect my koni shocks in anyway?
Car rides really nice now and dont want to effect them much.. I just want the lowered stance
Thank you

Check out Strano springs too. Koni's are awesome shocks to handle lowering spring. I'm on Strano springs with the Koni 4/3 single adjustable shocks...you'll probably have to adjust the shocks since you're losing some travel with lowering springs, but once you figure out where you want it, you'll be fine.

I’m sure your aware that lowering springs will be a stiffer ride as shorter spring less travel so not as soft as a ride. But fbodies all look better lowered and GM should have made the camaro alittle lower stock since the vettes have always been low to the ground.
Wow I never knew fbodies came from the factory with anything other then orange shocks and Bilstein.

Wow. I didn't know there was a SLP SS 1LE. What SLP pieces came on the car? Obviously you're car got the 1LE Konis instead of the SLP Bilsteins. (Which is a good thing) My 02 was neither a SLP or 1LE but I did add some Koni SA shocks and the perk its handling right up.

Sorry for taking so long, I forgot. I measured from the driveway to the fender edge right above the center of the wheel and it was 27 7/8 inches on all 4 corners. My car is 100% stock, including the F1 tires.
