Which springs do you prefer...

I’m very happy I went with these.
You will be happy with Strano, UMI or BMR, just make sure you have shocks to match.

PS Nothing ruins a great set of springs faster than cheap, ineffectual struts/shocks.

For a basic upgrade favoring ride and good handling the Strano springs & Bilsten's will probably ride better. Based on discussions with Sam Strano. Have Bilsten's & Eibach's on my 99 T/A, the T/A rides better than my 02 Z28. That's even with the shitty Eibach springs that have some sag now after 20 years on the T/A.
Avoid Eibach springs, call Sam Strano and you'll get a great combo!

Sportline's are exclusively for slamming the car. Catering to a weird ambition from the start.
Nothing is as good a choice as whatever Strano recommends.

Trivial pursuit time. Gabriel, looking to increase shock sales, published some research again long time ago. It seems they went to hundreds of junkyards and recycling centers and found that 78% of all the dead cars there had the original OEM struts/shocks. Gabriel considered this sinful, extrapolating that the owners junked their cars never making an association between the original dampers and wanting to junk the car. Made a point of writing about how destroyed the suspensions were (and undoubtably slammed). "Shocks cause spring sag?" Glad you asked.

It is ironic that the bounce frequency of any matched F+R springs are unaffected by the shocks/struts. That's why even with no damping the car stays level as it bounces and with any brand of dampers. That Moog test with all the fluid drained proved that too, even though it was understood from the first times springs were used in a car (or wagon. In fact, the wagon maker at Colonial Williamsburg, Va. will be happy to explain his job to tourist telling them how he calculates which F+R springs he would use, and he is pretending it's 1775). Unaffected in how the spring works but not in how long before the spring is junk. The Gabriel survey of cars waiting for the crusher shows how few owners understood how the quality of the car's ride and handling was affected by worn out dampers. Aftermarket springs too. All those engineers go crazy to get the car to stay level as it drives. Which is why sets of four OEM or replacement springs are necessary. Sure, Moog or the like will sell you one or two springs but it's your responsibility to buy springs that are matched in F+R BF. That's discrimination and being prejudiced against inferior springs that don't keep the car level as it goes down the road. The various uninformed comments disparaging paying attention to bounce frequency only prove that ignorance is bliss.
