Default S60 rear swaybar...

Those using a S60 did you end up changing the rear swaybar to compensate for the weight increase? My current combo is 35mm solid front and a 22mm rear. I can't remember if the rear is solid or hollow.

I believe UMI ran the standard 22mm tubular unit on their track car with an S60. No changes should be needed, unless you’re wanting to move into the new adjustable set up.

That looks like an awesome bar for a drag racing setup.

The factory sway bar and the diff cover that came on mine tried to defy phisics and occupy the same space at the same time. I think I went with Spohn sway bar.

I thought that might be an issue so I got the plain steel cover. Lots of clearance for the panhard and sway bar.

It is a stout rear, no doubt. I have the same clutch as you as well. Jason built my transmission too.

I’m curious too, did anyone running an S60 end up swapping the rear swaybar to handle the extra weight? Right now, I’m on a 35mm solid front and a 22mm rear, but I can’t remember if the rear is solid or hollow. Would love to hear what others did for balance.

Most of the extra weight in an S60 is in the pumpkin area, so changing the swaybar isn't going to affect much, especially since the main function of the swaybar is to control body roll. I ran mine with the stock swaybar for years, and I had a lot of axle twist on launch. Switched out to a BMR drag bar and it launches straight with no body roll. See my avatar pic as an example. Oh, and this Kanx profile here is most assuredly a scammer, considering they basically copied and pasted the OPs post.
