Default Rotational Squeaking is Freaking Me Out

Whenever I'm driving I get a roational squeaking noise coming from my passenger side rear wheel area. Its a repetitive and consistent squeak as the wheel turns at any speed.(The only time I dont hear it is when road noise is too loud to hear it at high speeds)

Even while braking it makes the same noise as when Im driving. When I stop quickly it will make a quick high pitch squeak in that area. (my brakes are all stock equipment by the way.)

I took the car to the shop and they took the brakes apart and said the pads and rotors looked good. Any ideas to what could be causing this? Thanks!

Mine is doing it to on the driver side, so far it's not my rotor, wheel bearing, axle, brake pads, caliper... I have no clue what it is. I'm thinking e-brake.

I have something similar on my rear driver's side wheel.
Its not constant either. At first I thought that it was a wheel bearing (which it could still be), but some times it sounds more like a metallic ticking/reverberating. My brother "flicked" the metal clip that the brake pads ride in and it sounded kinda like it (drag your fingernail off it in a snapping motion and it twangs). I rotated the disk slowly to look for contact but didnt see any, but I did hear a "tick/twang" prety much in the same place each revolution. The rust on the disk did get close to the clip though so I scrapped at the rust along the edge of the disk with a screwdriver quickly (I had to finish up quick and leave) to remove loose rust. I think I'm gonna get 4 new disks (the front are warpped anyway) to see if there is any change.

BTW,
Original rotors and 36K miles.

If the sound doesn't change when braking, try the parking brake, the shoe may be ever so slightly touching the internal drum. Although F-Cars have rear disc brakes the parking brake is a seperate drum assembly in the hat of the rotor . . . FYI.

When you are driving and hear the squeaking, put up your parking brake, a little bit. If it goes away then BINGO.

yeah check the Drum in hat on the rotor. Also Check the dust shield on the rotor. they have a bad tendency to rub against the rotor or the wheel. and you will never know it. unless you see a shiny part on it.

I tried pulling my ebrake while driving and it didn't make any difference in the rotational sqeaking sound. Any other ideas?

Inspect the rotor for marks that might indicate that it is rubbing the pads on every rotation. Also, see if it's abnormally hot by comparing it to the other rear rotor after driving.
