Default Will LCA relocation brackets help ?

my car has lowering springs on it. 60' times at the track have been in the 2.0 range on drag radials. The car is an 01 SS automatic, 3.23 gears.
Anyone with a lowered, stock converter car put the relocation brackets on and see an improvement? I am wondering if this will help my short times or if I should just get a converter.

I put them on at the same time I did my Hotchkiss
springs and found a traction improvement despite
lowering, relative to stock. No more squealing tire,
just smear and go. This was after a converter but
that only matters by degree of off-the-line torque,
and broken-loose is broken-loose.

They fight the rear's tendency to lift and body to
squat on wheel torque. If you get a converter you
will only need them more. Get the bolt-in BMRs and
it's less than an afternoon's work and as foolproof
as you can get (no worries about welding one in a
bit cocked, etc.) and reversible/resellable.
