Default Signs of a bad torque arm bushing?

For the past couple of weeks, I've had this popping noise somewhere in the drivetrain. I was just wondering what are some symptoms of a busted torque arm bushing or a transmission mount. Hopefully the popping/snapping noise that I have in the drivetrain is one of these two bushings. I'll be replacing them with polyurethane bushings, but I would like to know if that is my problem.

Anyone? It only seems to happen when I'm turning to the left and while the clutch is engaged, which led me to believe it had something to do with the torque arm.
