Default Stainless steel brake lines? Pics? are they direct fit?

I'm wondering if the stainless steel brakelines are a direct fit for our cars. Do they still have the ending on it that connects to the k-member braket? Or is it just generic, and you zip tie it to somthing.

Any pics. I'd like to see what they look like.
thanks

Here's a TTT for you. I am curious about this too since I just ordered some Earl's braided brake lines myself.
