Default Pro Fab K vs Stock

Stock K (w/o pedestal, another 10+lbs)

Pro Fab w/ integrated pedestals (mild steel)

Fit was a bitch, i had the motor and the k-member out and lining **** up was still a pain. the motor mount holes seem smaller then stock, i had to shoe horn my poly mounts in. Also the dowel pins didnt exactly line up so minor modifications were required.

here' the clearance around the headers

so what are your initial impressions? would you buy from them again? and how long did it take for you to get the parts? i have not installed mine yet, so i'm not sure. i would likely not buy from them again after 2 bad interactions/purchases from them, because of the time frame that was said, and about 5-6 weeks later than said i finally got them....with black overspray all over my red pieces from a different part being powder coated to close to mine! i hope your experience was better than mine. sorry to slam an advertiser, but i KNOW i'm not alone on this. and i even complimented them in another post on their customer service.

later,
Dave

i would not buy from them again, delivery took weeks after purchase, no communication. hell, the box it cam in was barely packaged up right and it had no paper work. but for the price i paid i guess it fits the adage of "you get what you pay for"

That sucks because 99% of the time you are correct...you get what you pay for, sometimes you get lucky and fall in that 1%.
