Default Dual purpose suspension question

I need new springs on my car and figure I might as well do everything while it's apart to save having to do it again later. I was going to go with BMR 1" lowering springs, a BMR adjustable panhard rod, BMR bolt-in LCA relocation brackets, and Bilstein HD shocks all around. My question is: Is this a good street/strip set up and will I see an ET improvement? If not, would a set of drag launch springs with the Bilsteins be more what I'm looking for? Also, do the drag launch springs lower the car at all? Any help would be appreciated.
