I finally found a shop that will weld in a set of sub-frame connectors on Long Island and he tells me that it will take about 3 to four hours to do. Does this sound right? Seems like a long time to me.He was also very clear that they charge by the hour for labor and materials.

took me 45 minutes and 50 bucks at a little exhaust shop
make sure he welds in both sides... and print out the instructions lol just have them and show the guy even if he thinks he knows what hes doing lol

3 to 4 hours is a ripoff IMO, since they charge by the hour.
Make sure they know what they're doing.

all you need is an exhaust shop that has a drive on lift, a grinder, spray paint and some pud that can weld. the grinder will grind off the powdercoating thats on them, and grind off the paint where they are welding to. Undo the bolt thru the LCA. put the SFC up there, slide the bolt back through. then hold up the front and weld. then weld the rear. wait for welds to cool. spray with rust inhibiting spray paint. rince repeat.
