Default rubbing noise @ 5 - 10 mph

i didnt know where to post this but i need some help/advice. when i turned into a parking lot with speed bumps, the plastic peice next to the k-rail that extends down rubbed against the speed bump...then i noticed a rubbing noise everytime the tire made a revolution(no faster than 10mph)...but after i speed up it just goes away

anyone know what this could be? i asked some people from ls1.com and said it might be a wheel bearing, but from my knowledge, you hear it around 60 MPH. tommorow morning im going to look underneath the car to see if something is rubbing...maybe a peice of plastic or something got stuck in there...

any ideas??

EDIT: when did i become a worthless troll?? lol i never post on here. o well
