Stock springs with QA1?? or just do HD Bilstein?

Stock springs with QA1?? or just do HD Bilstein? I was thinking about getting the QA1 front and rear do I need new spring or will stock work? Or should i justgo back with som HD Bilstein? Car is driving around 3-4 times a week sees track on weekends. Any help is appreciated.
