Default Pan Hard Bar Adjustments?

Well i bent my PanHard and replaced it with a adjustable PanHard. Here is my question. When is it adjusted correctly? I made it the same size as a the stock one originally, but it is there some rocket science here that i can do to help the car out? I was told all f bodies are offset int he rear from the factory. Is this true? Should it be centered? What is best for a drag racing setup? Any help on this would be great.. Thanks Jim

Adj phr will help center the chassis, most often after installing big/wheel tire combo so it doesn't rub.

I just made it same as the stock bar and it fits snug with 285s.

Not sure if this is the "right" way, but I pull the rear tires(28-12.50-15 Street's)and drape a weighted string over the rear fender at CL of the axles and adjust the bar until I've got the same thing on both sides. Tires back on and the rear looks to be EXACTLY centered.

yeah.... if not the car won't track as it should. Kinda' like a car with frame damage.
