Default Anyone have a wheel off right now??? Need a measurement! HELP!

Need that number. After the bent K-member we still have one or both spindles/knuckels whatever they are actually called out of spec. Both have a different measurement and they are 1/4" off each other. I THINK 1 was 8 1/8" and the other was around 7 3/4"-7 7/8" No stress marks from flex so its making it difficult to figure which is bent. Those inches may be way off but I'll see the car tomorrow to get my exact. Just need someone to measure that!

Thanks in advance!!!!!
Brandon

Drawing NOT to sale by anymeans.

You owe me one. I just went outside in my underwear with a level and a tape measure at midnight 30. Anyway, Mine show to be somewhere around 7 7/8" to 8". It's hard to get a exact measurment, but this is very close.

a 1/10 of an inch will yeild several degrees of camber. You need to get it on an alignment rack and do a caster sweep ....

Hmmm.. yeah the 1/4" of difference in the bent knuckle will yeild about 1-1.5" difference in camber. The car will of course be aligned after the part is replaced. Not only that I did just have a new K installed... another reason to get it aligned.
