When installing new front wheel bearing hubs, what's the torque spec for the 4 bolts?

When installing new front wheel bearing hubs, what's the torque spec for the 4 bolts? Title says it all...99 Trans Am, putting in new wheel bearing/hub assemblies. How much do I torque the bolts?

Don't forget the loctite ....
