Question What kind of height adjustabilty do HALS offer?

If I were to go with QA1 hals, gen f series, and Hotchkis springs. What kind of height adjustabilty would I have?

I want a lower stance, good ride, but also something that I can autoX on later. For now, a nice ride and cool stance is really what I am looking for. With performance a little ways down the road. Any input would be great. Thanks

Do you mean what kind of range they adjust? They are a PITA to adjust installed, you need a big pair of channel locks.

only in the front, rears offer no height adjustment.the rear will lower depending on your springs.i used a pro kit with them and the rear went way low. i liked the stance of it but the car scraped everywhere.if you are going to autocross dont go with hals, i would say go with konis but they dont offer much in height adjustment.
