so my dillhole friend slid the car
and the passenger side rear hit the curb sideways
now looking at the car from the rear
the car leans to the right
i mean
the drivers side rear fender/wheel gap is bigger
passenger side rear fender/wheel gap is smaller
what should i be looking for?
i dont know if this is the right place
but i figured the suspension guys would know

How hard did he hit the curb? And what do you mean he hit it sideways? Like parallel to the curb?

so after i hear his "professional military training" speech
i let him drive my car.
he has a 1996 Firebird V6 w/ 5-Speed Manual
i have a 98 TransAm w/ a 4000 stall automatic and a 1-2 shift that will make you wish you wore a mouthpiece.
he was driving in a straight line
giving it throttle here and there,
nothing happening at 1500, 2000, 2500 rpms
because its a 4000 stall
he's used to his responsive manual "stick car"
so he assumes since my car has no power
he decides to floor it around a square left
the *** end slides right, we're moving south but looking east
he counters, the nose goes right, *** left
counters left and the rear slams into the curb
INTO the curb.
i replaced the diff, but im still assed out a wheel
and the car is crooked.

An alignment machine will tell you the relation of the rear wheels to the front. A frame machine, will see if the frame is tweaked.
EDIT- and your buddy forks over the dough for that

Well I guess that is what happened to me! That same thing happened to me four years ago and just noticed the cars leans(or squats to the right rear). However I have it checked twice and they tell me there is no frame damage. And then I read a post here that some f body's have been known to do that. One guy posted on here that his car did the same thing and his car had not been in an accident. Let me know how it goes! Maybe I'll check my one last time but like I said the other two frame shops tell me it is fine...

and one guy even said in spanish to his friend

when i take my dad with me to get quotes
he speaks to them in spanish
and they always give him a better deal than me
they told me $1,000 for a trans rebuild
my dad $700 for a trans rebuild
my wife, who is asian, $2,000 for a trans rebuild
all the same car,
now THAT is offensive

Can you post some pics?
the rear passenger quarter panel?
if that is the exterior body part over the wheel, its fine. (i think)
the door works as fine as it ever did
ill try to get some pics up
thanks for the suggestions guys

you know, as much as i hate police, insurance is mostly for YOUR benefit, not to give you a hard time. This is where you learn driving w/o insurance is just stupid, because, if frame damage had occured they would probably declare the car totaled and boom! new car. very ironic because my ex-friend kind of did this to me too. He promised to pay for what he broke, he ordered the part, cancelled it, then told his dad i stole his credit card or some crap. I am now in the process of suing him for the money he owes me, because true friends respect each others cars and pay for what was their fault, accident or not. anyhow, sorry to hear about the damage lol. sound like you got a nice car though, gl man

i finally got a couple of prostars in the rear
and moved up one rear wheel to the front
so im not running a spare in the front anymore
he broke the wheel as well
the car is almost level now
pretty much.. level enough..
but the car makes all kinds of noise when i corner..
and the shop who put on the wheels
used two spacers on each side,
one big one with a little one
on each side!
and still..
the brake has etched a line in the wheels..
this isnt easy..
