Default Uneven tire wear, clucking noise: Ball joint?

For the past few months I have had very bad tire wear on the outside of my left front tire. I took it to a alignment shop and it already had -0.5* of camber so my thought that it had maybe too much positive camber was shot. Now I'm getting a clunking noise when I turn or go over bumps at lower speeds. It might be happening at higher speeds but I wouldn't be able to hear it.

I just replaced my brake pads last week but I can't think of anything in the caliper that would make this noise. I haven't had a chance to put the car on stands yet but while on the ground I bounced the front end up and down and I didn't hear anything so that throws out a shock problem.

So I'm thinking either ball joints or maybe tie-rod ends?
