Default Hotchkis and DMS pics please....

I'm torn between the two springs. I love the way DMS's look in the front but the back just doesn't sit low enough to complement the front.

Hotchkis springs aren't quite as low as the DMS's are but they are even and I like that.

Can you all post pics of either your Hotchkis springs or DMS springs and let me know what you think of the springs. THanks guys.

I have been running my DMS springs for 2 years with Koni DA's and I highly recommend them. Nice ride and they don't sag in the *** like the Eibachs do. The best part is you can remove the rear rubber spring spacer to lower the rear another 1/2" if you want to. Or if you have or later add a lot of weight from stereo equipment then you can put the rubber spring spacer back in to raise the rear back up slightly. Just depends on the look you want to have.

Many more pics on my sig link below.

SS LS1, your car looks amazing.

Did you remove the spacer completely or put a piece of heater hose or something in it's place. Your car sits perfect

Hotchkis here. I love them, they ride great. Smooth for lowering springs, but stiff when they NEED to be. They advertise a 1" drop, but they settle a little more than that.

More pics below. Good luck!

The BMR's ride nice. I hear Hotchkis ride better but I'm happy with mine. The ride is a little more stiff but I adjusted my Koni's till I was happy with the ride. I'll post some pics when I get home this afternoon

I have a bunch of pictures on my photobucket site:

The "Raked" album is stock rear springs with Hotchkis up front. I did this to gain some clearance after installing my catted y-pipe.

The spacer is completely removed but you will need something (like heater hose) on the top spring coil as you don't want a metal to metal contact point (spring to body). Or you will get some road noise/vibrations while traveling down the road or going over bumps.

Here are a couple shots while rolling down the interstate that show the stance of the car. Sorry the pics aren't the best but you get the idea.

What did you use SS LS1 to replace the spacer? I believe I'm going with DMS springs, but SS LS1, your rear sits absolutly perfect, but most of the pictures i see of DMS springs with the spring spacer removed still don't sit that low. What did you do??

My DMS springs look a little raked. I prefer more of an even stance, though. I also removed the spacer and used hose to replace. Then again, I have an LT1, may be a little difference.

SS LS1 your car looks great. I think I saw it in person last year on the power tour and it looks even better in person

here are my pics of my BMR kit, This is the day after I installed them. When I get some time I'll get some current pictures. It has settled since and I like everything but the front. It sits a little too high in the front for my liking but I'm still happy with it

here is a pic that is more current. Sorry the car is dirty

They ride great

They lowered my 99 just a hair below an inch. Stance and handling are great

I'm thinking of removing my LCA brackets soon. I used the bolt ons and they feel loose when I'm on a poorly paved road even though the bolts are tightened as far as they can go. my e-brake is also screwed up.

The springs and panhard are awesome though
