Default Eibachs not even..whats wrong?

After installation of the rear eibach pro kit, it seems that the drivers side sits about 2-3 inches higher than the passenger. New shocks installed also. will this settle and even out with driving or are the springs on the wrong side or what? It appeared that 1 spring was a tad taller than the other. So i put the shorter spring on the passenger side. But the rear end on the passenger side has a ridge of some sort which sets higher than the lower spring seat on the driver side. Any ideas? BTW, after installation of front springs it seems that one side is about 3/4 inch lower than the other. I figured that would settle out. But i didnt know about 3 inches.

my pro kit varies from side to side about 1/4 inch in the front and 1/2 inch in the back, but a whole 2-3 inches is just rediculous, and the somewhere in betwene the build quality of these cars and the aftermarket springs, ive made my decision to go with coil overs next.

I got lucky in the front with my pro-kit but I had to go to ground control in the back, I was off about an inch.

Not sure if they are any good or not, but there is a product made by Air Lift that is used to add upto a 1000lbs of support to the rear springs and each side can be adjusted to help level out the car. Summit Racing has these. Do a search on their page for Air Lift.

Hope this helps.

it supports the spring more and make it more firm, but dosent increase or decrease ride heigth. More spring rate out back makes the car more tail happy.

It appears that when i was putting the car back on the car dolleys, the 2 dolleys in the rear are different. So one sits about 1.5" higher that the other. Ill have to lower the car onto the ground and check it then.

What's wrong is that they're Eibach's. Someone should have warned you of their problems before you bought em.

Try rotating the taller one on the perch. Maybe the way they're coiled and sandwich inbetween the rear and body oen of them is higher. Are you sure you got the isolater seated good on the spring and in the dome underneath?

Yeah, that was the 1st thing i checked. Still off about 1/2 inch. I got them for 50 bucks used, so if i have to buy a new set for rear its no big deal.
