Default no brake pressure

i have a 2000ss and i noticed my brakes were squealing the other day, i took off the rear wheels to find i had almost no brake pads left, and infact was missing a brake pad on the passengers rear.

i changed the brakes on all 4 wheels
the piston on the pass rear caliper froze up and i was able to acquire 2 new rear calipers and install them. now after the install i have no brake pressure and cannot get the car to stop. when i start the car and pump the brakes the idle jumps 2-300 rpms like its trying to push real hard but there is no pressure. i checked the fluids and filled the resevior but still the car cannot stop with the brake pedal depressed. pulling the e-brake keeps the car standing still and stops it

any ideas?

thanks
