Default breaking in new rotors?

i was planning on installing new rotors on my car, but i also wanted to go to the drag strip tomorrow night. I should wait till monday to install them right?
I'm just guessing its not good to install new rotors and go racing and stopping so quickly.

What rotors? I think they will be fine. Right after you install them go for a drive. Do some soft braking then gradually brake harder and harder. Then let them cool down completely before driving again. I don't exactly think brake rotors are something that needs to be broken in. Just don't get them too hot, dont want to warp them!
