Question Competition Engineering adj. rear drag shocks

I just bought a pair of adj. drag shocks.(Competition Engineering) 70/30, 60/40, 50/50. on the shock body there is XF, F, and R. What setting is what? I bought them used I'm going to get a hold of the guy and ask but was anxious so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks

I've had these shocks and I can't remember either as to which setting is which. So here's what we did.
Set the shock on one of the extreme's; like XF or R. Now with the shock in your hands, pull out on the shock and push in on it. If it feels the same both directions, then your on the 50/50. Try it on the other extreme setting and compare. This should work.
