Nope, and if you were wise, you wouldn't either. What you know about those springs is.... they are cheap.
The picture isn't of 4th gen springs. You don't know the rates. The drop says 1.5", but that's approximate and it's not at all abnormal to drop more or less than that figure by some amount on name-brand springs. You don't know what they are made from or where they originate from. In short you get what you pay for.
