How good are the bolt in relocation brackets? Or should I just go ahead and get the weld in ones?

the bolt in relocation brackets are plenty strong. Have you ever heard of anyone breaking one........if you are concerned you can always weld them on later......

I would say weld them in, just for the fact of them not coming loose but sikws6 had a good point, I don't know anyone that has broken the bolt in ones.

Which relocation brackets -bolt on- are recommended?

I was looking at a few and the bmr look differnt from the sphon and granetlli but im not sure if the picture represents the bolt on or the weld on.

I've been reading some good things about lower control arm brackets on "stock height" camaros, so if I can get more traction, im going with relocation brackets, but would like to know which bolt on brackets do you recommend? Thanks.

I've never had any issues with my BMR bolt ins. The reason I went with them was for the ease of the install, and I figured I could easily resell them when the 10 bolt finally goes.

Then im going with bmr.

With stock height and springs what type of traction should I expect off a launch with relocation brackets? Thanks.

You should at least have them stich welded even with the "bolt on kits"... Geometry is critical when installing any of these kits so make sure it's done right if you want to aviod handleing problems. With hard breaking it's going to pull instead of push on that bracket. With the amount of leaverage they are bound to shift sometime. Any mufler shop can weld those cheap and it's not hard to cut stich welds out with a grinder. Just cheap peace of mind.
