Default QA1 Shocks

Anybody running A QA1 shock set up? I see they are sold by BMR Fab. Anybody know if these are worth a flip? Also, does anybody know if 2Qwik has a set up for F-Bods?

I like mine. They are well worth the money if your car is a street/strip car.

Mine are sitting in the garage, along with subframe connectors, lower control arms, relocation brackets, and a 408 long block...I just need a TH400 to install all of it.

they are a great drag shock, and a decent street shock. They are a BAD RR/autox shock. Also they tend to be a bit fraggile, esp in the area of the seals. I have seen few used for street use blow seals and spray shock oil in the wheelwell. You have to make your choice on your useage. for a pure drag car they work awesome. I have a friend with a 9 sec ls1 and he uses them, but keeps a spare in the trailer at all times.

I run them all the way around. I even went with there drag springs in the front which are awsome for drag racing. The front end of my car rises quickly for weight transfer. On the down side, they don't work well on the road. A bit to bouncy for me. The height adjustment is nice. I lowered the car an inch in the front and took the rubber spacer out of the rear for and inch drop. If I could do it again, I would go with the shocks but run the the stock spring all around instead of the race spring.

Oh, the look look great. Too bad you can't see them driving around.
