I have PA racing's mild steel a arms and k member. They have held up well over ~5 years ~20000 miles. Saved a lot of weight. My alignment doesn't seem to stay straight as long as it used to, but I'm not sure if that is why.
Makes engine work much easier. Headers swaps are way better.

PA chromoly K-member and A-arms with ~14000 miles with lots of pot hole action. I have blown a QA-1 shock hitting a pot hole, but the k-member and a-arms are still going strong.

I have a BMR K that's holding up at about 10Kmiles.
A lot of relatively recent posts, this is a perennial
favorite and will give you plenty of search hits.

They are a drag race only item. Not nearly strong enough for road race or any kind of corner carving. Apparently the stock K member was well designed enough that it can't be replaced with anything lighter that is as strong, unless you made one out of titanium.
