SFCs?
This will always be a debate no matter what and I am not here to argue it.
But we have had a few cars through our shop (drag set-ups) that have been so abused that the chassis has actually twisted, some were very hard to even get SFC's on and required modification. I have seen them were doors don't shut quite right and T-Top alignment has been off.
We also have achieved a much straighter more consistent launch with a set installed compared to running with out them.

Ok, I had my UMI weld-in boxed installed a few weeks ago. Perfect fit, tuck up nicely, barely can see 'em: A+. Here's my butt-o-meter report. Car feels stiffer overall, tighter in cornering, without the formerly noticeable body flex in hard sweepers. No difference in rattles. In fact, it seems that more impact harshness is being transmitted to the body - bumps have more thump. I find that irritating. I got 'em cause I noticed I was developing wrinkling on my quarters and I hope they help.
