Default Any springs that measure as high as stock springs?

I have a 99 WS-6 that has Eibach Pro-Kit on it. I recently bolted on some LT Pacesetters. That went to a 3" Y-pipe to the muffler. Yesterday i put on some cutouts and my ride is low as dump now. I manage to scrape over railroad tracks. Speed bumps are off limits (unless i don't mind sticking around for a crane lift). It WAAAY too low. I measure and i around 1.5" between my cutout and the ground. For those who need a better picture, it's less than half of a coke can.

I need to buy new springs for sure. Cause i've done all i can with the exhaust and nothing is going to steer me clear of this problem. I need to find stock springs or other springs with the same heighth. I am looking to spend NO MORE than $350. In fact, that is the max i'll spend and that's pushing it. I was hoping for somewhere in the $100 to $250 range. Any ideas? Thanks guys.

Oh yea, here's some pics of my problem.

Go with a 1" drop spring like BMR. It should help a lot more. I have BMR and I don't have a problem

DAMN thats low! You could always get a different y pipe. Im pretty sure its safe to say the y shouldnt be that low with only the pro kit.

Or instead of getting rid of that y pipe (thought for some reason it was the QTP Y-Pipe with the cutouts, i know that hangs low) You could relocate the cutout. Just a thought.

Yeah, that does suck, i had a similar problem, but with a cross bar underneath. Had to take it off. If you already have stock springs, you could alway get some new ones cause they may have seen their days of springyness or go with the eibach, bmr or whatever that is nothing more than a one inch drop.
