Default Lowered car, questions about APHR

I finished lowering the rear, what a headache!!! it was real easy except a stupid bolt that stripped on the inside and just kept spinning has to cut that bitch off, took only 17 cut off wheels from my dremel

Anyway, so I put the car on the ground and the rear looks perfectly centered I thought it was supposed to shift? How exactly would you measure it whether or not its centered? I look at where the wheels are sitting in the wheel wells and they are pretty much in the exact same spot and measured the distance of the brake rotor to the bump stop and they are within a 1/16 of each other....am I centered?
