You probably could using the "race pad resurface" method, however bear in mind (no pun intended) that if your rotors do have their holes chamfered, the machining will reduce the chamfering, thus making the holes much more destructive to the pads, and hurt braking performance. However you sucessfully resurface the rotors, you might or might not have to rechamfer the holes.

Default Baer Lifetime Limited Warranty

Baer has a replacement program (FREE) if the rotors are warped.

"Baer warrants the rotors sold as part of any EradiSpeed product not to warp for the life of the product. Any rotor that we confirm is warped will be replaced by us at no charge to you. This warranty is limited to providing a replacement rotor and does not include labor to remove or replace the product. Normal as well as other forms of wear is not covered by this warranty."

Just to let you know, after reading the warranty, it mentions actual warping of the rotor itself, and not the warping of the rotor surface from uneven pad deposition, otherwise known as runout.

If you have runout, then you'll have to perform what I recommended above, because it appears that Baer won't replace a rotor with runout under their warranty programme. Makes sense, because while many rotors will exhibit runout, practically very little will warp.
