#21
Sam or other Tech 'perts,
Point taken, I will proceed with the swaybars since I will replace my stock 17's with 18's. From there I will determine my preferene of it's height. I couldn't find the Sawybar application from stranoparts.com. What is your p/n? I'll keep your number fopr contacts..Thanks Sam.

I'd prefer to recommend the part that will best deal with the things you dislike most about the car. But since you aren't familiar with suspensions (and you aren't alone), I have to ask a series of questions to determine which part would be best to change first. I cannot do that by e-mail. If you take the time to call, I'm sure you'll find it enlightening.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't ask questions, you should. But until you get a grasp how the parts work and what they will change about your car, you can't really make a decision any more than we can't really make a recommendation not knowing what bothers you most. For example, is it the roll that bothers you (which bars would fix), or roll-rate (which shocks rule over)? You likely don't know. And frankly, don't have too. I ask a lot of questions and we'll get to the answer. In the end BOTH shocks and bars would be better than the parts individually. But if we can make you happy with only one, I'd like to try that first so you buy parts you know you want or need. Not parts you assume you do.

The part number won't give you any futher information. My bars are 35mm front, 22mm rear, both hollow and include all new hardware and urethane bushings. They are $379 for the set or $199 front, $189 rear bought individually.
You need to know why you want things, not what the advertisement says (and that's the same with me or anyone else's stuff) and then consider the answers you got and see if they make common sense. Lots of things sound great, until you think about how they work real-world.
I reiterate I think *THINK* you need to look at the shocks first (and there are many choices, but few that are truly good).
