1LE LCA Bushings
Can anyone who has installed these in the factory LCA's, or knows what that involves, please give me a brief explanation. Are those things pressed in?
Any help is much appreciated.

Usually a hydraulic press is needed to make to job quick, easy, and clean.
Alternatively, you could use a propane torch to melt/burn the old bushings out of the rear arms (off the vehicle of course), wait for the arms to cool, then saw off the leftover sleeves, however the smell and heat involved will cause some frustration (smell of burnt rubber and the wait for the part to cool down, then exercising extreme care by hopefully not warping the arm in what ever is holding it in place, such as a vise). If you do the above, then you can find and/or devise a lubricant to place around the sleeve insert holes, so you can ease the new bushings into their holes, using a bushing driver, if a hydraulic press isn't readily available. bushing drivers are usually on loan from Auto Zone, just make sure to return it with all of their parts included, since the kit isn't cheap.
