how do the hal adjustable shocks behave on the road

Default how do the hal adjustable shocks behave on the road

are they adjustable to be comfortable on the streets ? or should they just be on race cars my car may see the track twice a year so are they worth it

I have had the rears on my car for over a year, and it's a daily driver. They are nice. I now have the R Series in front. Here's my review:
