I'm looking to get decent traction on my street tires because I don't want to dish out so much money for drag radials, then have to replace them more than twice as often. So are there any affordable combinations of suspension parts that will help keep my back wheels planted alittle better?

I already want to do SFC's and STB when financial conditions improve.

you will spend waay more on suspension and you will never get as much traction as drag radials

STB won't help traction at all. Relocation brackets and LCA's will. Tires are where the traction really is at though.

Tires are #1, LCA's help but i've read they are known to make your daily ride harsher.

I'm considering just doing springs/shocks/sfc's and tires.

The first mod, if you want to call it that, I did was bfg drag radials.
They were worth it for peace of mind alone and will knock .1 off your 60'
I tried to race with my michelin pilots and did nothing but fish tail.
