For a daily driver, I always liked the stock springs for the better riding qualities over bumps and such. That's me though. I'm running 315s on the back with stock springs cut to lower the car one inch. I had to message the fender wells when I put these tires on and the car was at stock height then. When I lowered, I didn't have any problems. Now to answer your question.

For stock height, people usually recommend the Bilstein HD shocks which run about $300-350 for a set. For a lowered car, the recommendation is Konis ($700-800) or re-valved Bilsteins ($500). You should be able to pick up a set of used springs for $50-100.
