Noisy Front Suspension after Afco Shock and Spring Install
So I had single adjustable afco's and 300lb. springs (afcoils) installed on the front and now when i hit a bump in the road the damn front end sounds like it's about to fall out from underneath. I can't see where anything is hitting, bottoming out, etc. Just curious if anyone has had this problem before? The front is real loose and works good at the track, but the noise is really irritating.
Maybe a tie rod???
Wheel baron???

Yeah, I have checked everything over, the noise doesn't seem to
be coming from the shock or spring, however i did notice that i
can feel it in the steering wheel, whenever it makes the noise the steering
wheel will shake. I'm gonna get it on a lift this weekend and check everything
real good. I was told that it could possibly be a tie rod, anyway you can
check those for weakness???
Thanks

I noticed the same thing after I installed my QA1 R series shocks. When I installed them, I checked all my ball joints, tie rod ends, etc, and everything was good. I torqued everything properly, but I still went through and double checked everything when I heard the noise, but didn't find anything loose.
I just shrugged it off as a characteristic of the drag shocks.
