rotors warped?
rotors warped? About 2k miles ago I changed out my front brake pads and had all 4 rotors machined. After maybe 500 miles they started making a "pulsing" sound. I figured maybe it was the pads wearing in but it is still happening, and sounds like it's getting worse. My first thought is uneven rotors but they should be fine, the guy evened the surface. What do you think it is?
Have you machined your rotors before?
The more you do it the quicker they will begin to warp because there is less material left on the rotor.
It is completely possible to have a fool machine your rotors poorly also.

the rotors don't seem to be worn away from too much machining, maybe I will try to swap the back to the front
could it be something wrong with the pads?

I bought new rotors and when I tried to install them they did not fit. I had my stock rotors turned down and they have been good for over a year. I think you can only turn them once, any more and they are too skinney and will warp.
Since new rotors are not expensive, I suggest you get a new set of rotors for the fronts.
