I just pumped some grease into the Poly bushing and also on the side and even on the inside of it where the bolt goes through.....

I didnt have a torque wrench so I just did them very thight

Ohh also, Get blue locktite and apply some of it on the adjuster nut and it wont back off at all.

I been purposely going into very bumpy roads to see if it will loosen up and nothing...

Good luck for anyone doing this on their car!

Retighten the bolts and put some grease on the bushings. I daily drive my car and I went 6 months before they started to make noise. I really only hear them when the windows are down now but I ordered some new rod ends and I'll put them on this week.

From where and what kind of rod ends did you get?

Mine are noisy, they are lubed and tight. But boy the traction is worth it. I love how the right rear of the car just squats when I nail it now.
