Bad Handling
The car has something wrong with the front end, it is all over the road, all the bushings look good, tie rod ends and ball joints look good it doesn't pull to one dirrection but it veers side to side with the slightest bump in road. Could it be the Rack and Pinion steering? Anyone else have this problem?

This is a long shot. A few years ago on my 2000 Z28 it started to display a bit of what it sounds like you are describing. We replaced the rear lower control arms with rubber/poly BMR and the panhard rod as well. Made a world of difference. The factory rubber bushings in both are larger and softer, read as more allowable movement when worn significantly. This was allowing the rear end assembly to "wander" a bit side to side and fore and aft individually on each side. The car then reveales this with what feels like front end wander. Might be something to look into as I see that you do put stress on the rear geometry in the 11 second club. Might be as simple as shot rear bushings.

shocks..... shocks......shocks...... shocks are the biggest key to stability (assuming your alignment is even close to right).

I'd follow Sam's advice. He has helped with handling issues extensively. Keeps things in order of which to check first and such. Repeatedly advises that you call and speak with him directly so that he can zero in on your individual goal. 2000Z28M6 also is right as well. Check first things first. I was speaking of a personal experience that was a last resort that seemed to be the solution to my setup.

I have this same problem. Had the car aligned (drives side rear and pass front were off bad) and it still feels loose. Had the car up on a lift today and made sure all the bolts were tight and what not. It seems to have come on all of a sudden, not a gradual thing. Any ideas?
