what is better when comes to LCA, SFC???

i have bmr tubular lcas and boxed sfcs i dont know which is better strength wise
but if ground clearnce is an issue i would go with tubular sfcs i have heard thar some hang down

tubular is stronger but i don't like the tubular SFC. I am building mine out of 2x3 rec tubing and welding them in....4 get bolt in

My boxed UMI SFCs do not lose any ground clearance.
