Question F vs R series Hal shocks

Whats best for a street/strip car? It is a daily driven car and a track car on the weekend. Would the F series be a better choice for me? I couldn't find much on this info, so if someone has a thread please direct me there.

Gen F - 12 way adjustable front and rear shocks available with matching coil over springs.

R Series - Firm compression with a wide range of rebound adjustment for front drag racing applications.

Double Adjustable - Allows truly independent adjustment of compression and rebound. 24 positions of compression adjustment on one ****, and 24 positions of rebound adjustment on the other ****. Each **** is clearly labeled with an "R" for rebound or a "C" for compression, as well as plus and minus symbols for ease of adjustment.

Springs-
275lb - Drag Racing
300lb - Nice Ride & Handling
325lb - Firm Ride, Great Handling/Cornering

Go with the F series, if your gonna daily drive it, the R series wont last as long if driven daily.
